Shannon Donovan named Mission Advancement Operations Manager

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Shannon Donovan to Mission Advancement Operations Manager.

In this role, Shannon will communicate with donors and internal team members and support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of major and planned giving, corporate and foundation giving, and special events on behalf of OLV Homes of Charity (HOC); Baker Victory Services and OLV National Shrine and Basilica.  She will also manage all open estates for HOC and The Basilica and steward existing and future Annuitants.

Having been a valued member of the HOC team for several years, Shannon previously served as the Administrative Assistant in Mission Advancement.  

Shannon’s work ethic is second to none and we truly value the efforts she contributes to our organization each and every day.  We wish her all the best as she works closer with the team members in Mission Advancement and looks to gain operational efficiencies in the department.
